I generally question the believability of TV infomercials with all the hype and claims. But since the inserts came with a money back guarantee, I figured I had nothing to lose. Well the inserts proved to be just the support I was looking for. The inserts are very well made and totally unlike any I have ever tried. Having said that, it is important to stress that I found them uncomfortable for at least 3-4 weeks. You absolutely HAVE to follow a strict break-in period of just a few hours at first and then increase wearing 1 hour per day until they are comfortable for all day wearing. If you think you can wear them all day out of the box, you will likely be disappointed. My podiatrist charged me over $600 for "custom" orthotics a few years ago that were a waste of money My advice is to try them for yourself with a strict break-in period and see if they will work for you. They only negative feature I found is that the inserts only cover about two thirds of the inner sole.

When I got heel spurs it kept me from engaging in sports, which I need as much as I need air. At first it took about 3 weeks to get used to. After that, I use in all my shoes. I have been using Walk Fit for about 15 years. At the age of 71 I'm still very active thanks to these orthotics. Also, you can't beat the price. I wish they were still sold at Bed Bath and Beyond. The postage was outrageous. The product itself is superior to expensive orthotics.

Great product. I’ve used them for about ten years for flat arches. My only issue is their terrible warranty registration. None of their QR codes work. Gives a 404 error “file or directory not found” And no one available for a live chat.

Hi Paul, Thanks for the review. :-) It may help to try a slower and more gradual break-in period. To begin, wear the orthotics 15 minutes the first day, 30 minutes the second and so on, until you can wear them comfortably all day long. If you feel discomfort, remove them from your shoes. Begin wearing them the next day without increasing the time they are worn. Then continue to increase usage slowly, until they are comfortable. I have been using this product for about 25 years now. My fist pair are starting to crack now. This pair I just ordered is my 3rd pair. Got the second about 5 years ago because I got tired of switching from 1 pair of shoes to another. Now I don't have that issue. This product is great. My feet don't hurt anymore after a long day of being on them. From what I said about my fist pair, you know that this product lasts.

This is the third set that I have bought in the last few years....I worked at the Post Office on my feet all day and had fallen arches that were extremely painful....I tried these on a whim and have stayed with them over 15 years....I highly recommend.....You do need to wear as they direct you, a few hours a day and increasing the amount of time...when your foot gets used to them....WHAT A RELIEF....HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Dr told me needed $350. (For one foot) Orthotics arch support - insurance would not cover to get rid of my plantar fasciitis. I bought these & within 2 weeks my pain went away.
