For my ankles to quit hurting

I’ve been wearing the inserts since the late 90s and they make my feet and ankles feel good and they don’t hurt and I do wear them out because the hills will crack The first two pairs I’ve ever bought came from Bath and beyond. Saw them hanging up there said what the hell I’ll try them and I’ve been well pleased ever since.
